How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on many orders, and the most you'll ever pay is a flat $9.99 (depends on which items you're purchasing). Add items to cart and go to checkout to confirm.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days from dispatch, and a little faster with tracked shipping. Times can vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Join our email list to be the first to know.
How can I track my order?
If your order ships with a tracked option, we'll email you a tracking link once it's on the way. Untracked shipping does not include tracking.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
We guarantee delivery within 10 business days, or we'll reship it free. If your order hasn't arrived in that time, just email hey@esful.com and we'll sort it out.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Email hey@esful.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll sort out a replacement right away.

Order processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.
Shipping options and costs
Shipping is free on many orders, and the most you'll ever pay is a flat $9.99. Your available options and their cost are shown at checkout, based on the items in your order. For selected products and bundles, free shipping is included automatically. All prices are in AUD.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed, and are given in business days. Tracked shipping usually arrives within 2 to 5 business days. Untracked shipping usually arrives within 3 to 8 business days. Estimates are a guide and can vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Delivery guarantee
We guarantee delivery within 10 business days. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at hey@esful.com and we'll reship it free of charge.
Order tracking
If you choose a tracked option, we'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Untracked shipping does not include tracking.
Delays
Occasionally delivery is affected by factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier delays. If something looks held up, contact us and we'll help chase it. Our delivery guarantee above still applies.
Lost, damaged, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or doesn't arrive at all, email hey@esful.com with your order number, and a photo if it's damaged. We'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund you. Please get in touch within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped it can't be changed, but we're still happy to assist.
