How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (untracked) is FREE and usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
Tracked shipping is $8.95 and usually takes 2–4 business days to arrive.
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders within 24 hours (business days) from our Australian warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 4–6 business days, depending on your location.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet - but we’re working on it. Sign up to our email list to be the first to know when we do.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?

Is my payment information secure?
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. Our website is developed on the Shopify platform - which is used by over 1,000,000 other businesses worldwide. We use Shopify payments to process your payment, which is highly encrypted and secure.
How do I use a discount code?
Head to the checkout and, on the first page, there will be a box for you to enter your discount code. Simply enter it there and click 'Apply'.
Please note, you can only use one discount per order.
Can I update my payment method after ordering?
Unfortunately, we can’t change payment methods once an order is placed. If needed, we can help cancel and reprocess it.
Do you offer gift cards or store credit?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. Stay tuned.
