How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (no tracking) is FREE and usually takes 3 to 8 business days to arrive.
Tracked shipping is $8.95 and usually takes 2–5 business days to arrive.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. All orders are tracked and usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
How long does delivery take?
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
Tracked shipping (2-5 business days) - Includes full tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Standard shipping (3-8 business days) - A free option with no tracking provided.
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment and may vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet - but we’re working on it. Sign up to our email list to be the first to know when we do.
How can I track my order?
If you selected tracked shipping at checkout, you'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can use this link to follow your order every step of the way.
If you selected standard shipping (free), it is not tracked. Most standard shipping orders arrive within 3-8 business days.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?

Is my payment information secure?
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. Our website is developed on the Shopify platform - which is used by over 1,000,000 other businesses worldwide. We use Shopify payments to process your payment, which is highly encrypted and secure.
How do I use a discount code?
Head to the checkout and, on the first page, there will be a box for you to enter your discount code. Simply enter it there and click 'Apply'.
Please note, you can only use one discount per order.
Can I update my payment method after ordering?
Unfortunately, we can’t change payment methods once an order is placed. If needed, we can help cancel and reprocess it.
Do you offer gift cards or store credit?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. Stay tuned.
