Refund policy

The most important thing to us is that you are 100% happy with your order. We aren't just saying this. We really mean it. Without happy and satisfied customers we wouldn't be able to keep doing what we're passionate about!

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right. This may include:

  • Helping you to return your purchase within 99 days for a full refund (minus shipping);
  • Sending out a free replacement if you order is damaged in transit;
  • Providing a partial refund if your purchase isn't what you expected, but you'd like to keep it; or
  • Anything else we need to do to ensure you have a fantastic experience with esful and are 100% satisfied!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 99 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
